The proposal of Patterson/Bach Communications was the best proposal meeting the advertised specifications. This proposal is for a period of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for this purchase are contained in the Workforce Development budget. Recommendation That the proposal of Patterson/Bach Communications, for 'Marketing, Public Relations, and Advertising for STC' in an amount not to exceed $750,000.00 for a three-year period, be approved as presented.
